When to expect your delivery?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within two working days, from Monday to Friday. Delivery within Belgium is typically completed within one to two working days via B-post. For shipments across the European Union, the estimated delivery time ranges from three to five working days. For all other international destinations, please anticipate a delivery time of seven to ten working days.
How to return your order?
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we kindly ask that you return it within 21 days for a full refund. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging, complete with its paper tag. We recommend sending returns via a tracked service or special delivery and retaining your proof of postage. Please note that the cost of returning items will be your responsibility, and Follow Your Nose by Sarah Corynen cannot be held liable for any goods that do not arrive at our facility.
